American Idol Last Night

I just got an HDTV with the SAhd8300 hooked to it. Now I might not be doing something right but while watching AI Last Night On HD channel the performers Head was cut off , when I switched to SD Fox it was of course not the case. Any thoughts?

I totally agree but.... The wife was already skeptical of this Purchase and in order to keep the approval rate High I need to find out if this is something I have set incorrect or if it is the way Fox does AI in HD.

Sounds to me like you have zoom enabled. Try hitting the # button next time that happens.
My wife also watches AI, she did not have that problem last night watching via OTA, HD-Tivo.
