anyone bought Elite at Sound Advice?

I'm thinking of an Elite rpcrt and taking advantage of the rebate expiring 9/30. Needless to say, Sound Advice is about $800 higher than the internet. I wouldn't expect them to match that, given the delivery and warranty service, and of course they do actually have it in stock for a for-real delivery. But I wonder how much they might come down from the marked $3495 price? I would appreciate your input for or nay.

well...if sound advice has the same policy as circuit city then you may be able to get them to match the online price plus shipping if you show them proof.

I saved 50 bucks on a 399.00 digital camera at circuit city a few months ago that way...they even let me use their computer to go online to find a better price and print out the web page..lol :lol:

Can't hurt to try.
