Anyone have any suggestions for a good quality but not brutal price HDMI to DVI Cable?

I've looked at a bunch and prices range from 20 to 150. I know bettercables has good cables but even theirs are $90.

I seem to be having difficulty determining what "makes a difference" in DVI cables. Is it all shielding?

I bought a 6' DVI-D to HDMI cable from pccables.com for around 25 bones with shipping. It works great. I had ordered other stuff from them in the past and always got merch quickly with reasonably priced shipping.

Will this cable provide a dramatically better picture than composite cables?

i think you mean COMPONENT cables, right? (3 cables, red green blue)
it depends on your set... there's been complete discussions about internals - check the threads about Firewire.
The HDMI includes firewire, so all those discussions apply.
You might post what type of set you have.

Yeah, I meant component.
I have a Sony GW 42 projection. The HD picture so far is great, but I was just wondering if the hdmi cable would improve it more.
Thanks.

It makes a bigger difference with full digital displays like the dlps than it does with crts.
