I would call Sound Advice and see who they use to service units under warranty. I think they are the only authorized Pioneer Elite dealer in the area. Good luck!

Cheked Sound Advice they wanted $400.00, called went to Jackson Brothers in Clearwater. Same service for $125.00 plus $75.00 service call fee.
