Bucs-Saints Oct. 10 in HD on OTA FOX?

I'm seeing conflicting info on whether Sunday's game on Fox will be in HD via OTA.

Based upon what is listed here:

I don't believe it will be in HD. However the St. Louis Rams at Seattle Seahawks game that we get at 4:00 PM on FOX will be in HD.

In addition to that the Buffalo Bills at New York Jets 4:00 PM CBS game will be in HD:

It was in the widescreen format but I'm reluctant to say that it was in HD. If it was, it looked horrible.

It was Fox widescreen, not in HD.
