It needs new crts, but the electronics are all perfect. I say it needs new crts, but I used it for 2 years the way it is. Picture looks fine, but there are 10,000+ Hours on the guns, so they are ready. Plus there is some burn in along the sides of the Blue gun. If anyone is interested I am certainly willing to sell it. I think you can get CRTs for rather cheap. You could have a kick ass projection unit for under a few grand.
