Is the Bucs game supposed to be in HD? I was watching the previous game Pats and Bills and it was in hi def, now the Bucs game is on and its not in HD. Using BH Cable, chan 610. Anyone else notice this? Is that normal?

Its supposed to be in HD but its not. Not sure if this is a national issue or if the problem is w/ the local station. I don't think the problem is w/ BHN.

Yeah I called BHN and they said they knew about it, it would be working in a bit. A minute after I get off the phone, it was in HD.

DirecTV had the same problem. After about halfway through the first quarter, it was in HD. And the Bucs got worked. Even better!!

It was a national issue, the Miami game was not in HD for the first 15 minutes either. As soon as the NE game was over they hit the switch and both games went HD. My best guess is that CBS can't transmit more than 2 HD games at a time. So they had to wait till the 1pm game was over before they could make the switch.
FYI for future reference call the station's news desk and ask for engineering, and someone can help. BHN can not help on this type of issue since they are just passing on the signal and cannot control what the station sends. Believe it or not BHN just has an antenna up somewhere pulling the station OTA and sending it to you via the cable.
Exactly right, BDRAW.
I talked to an engineer at WTSP and that was exactly what he said. HD is stilll not getting the attention it needs from the networks.

Yeah I called WTSP, but the recording told me it was closed for the day, didnt know what #s to push to get the news desk, engineering, etc. Thats why I ended up asking BHN, figd maybe theyd be able to talk to WTSP directly.
