PACE Box problems?

Hello everybody,

after hurricane Jeane, my TV does not show any channels below #100 correctly. They are really fuzzy or plain black. Sound is fine. Any channels above 100 are fine, including the HD channels.

Has anybody experienced this? I hope it is not a problem with my HD TV.

Box model is PACE 550. I tried resetting it already.

Call BHN and see if there are still issues with the HFC plant in your area. Everything below 100 is analog and there may be something wrong in your area with analog service. If not, ask them to book a trouble call to come out to your home and see what is wrong.

Doubt it is the box or the TV.

Try bypassing your cable box and see how the basic channels look with the coax cable plugged straight into your tv. You will know if its your cable box or not then.
