Here in Tampa we are pretty lucky to have so much HD OTA, and most live close enough to the towers to receive the channels reliably. So I don't see the local programming via cable to be much of a benefit especially considering the drop out problems that many complain about with BHN.

I think D* still have the better package especially if they add TNTHD soon.
Here is what BHN would have to add for me to switch back.

Tivo service (I have had a SA HD DVR and believe me it is not even close)
NBCHD
UPNHD
WBHD (hoping the upgrade to HD soon and turn up the power)
BravoHD
NFL Sunday Ticket.

The only reason I'd switch to BHN TV is if:
1. DirecTV's satellites fell outta the sky.
2. Knology went outta business.

*However I still subscribe to Road Runner through BHN. ;-)
Directway and DSL sucks.

Yeah I have road runner also, even better since I am only paying $32/mo since I threatened to cancel my service. In 6 months when the promo is over I will try again. But hopefully Verizon will have the fiber service by then I would love to have 15mb/s

How do you keep Road Runner without subscribing to BHN Digital Service?

Just because you take internet through Bright House doesn't mean you have to take the cable TV. It's as simple as that. Although bdraw has managed to get a lower rate on RR, I'm stuck at the moment paying the usual $45 a month.
