This really sux, I really like these characters.

"It won't take a full autopsy to determine who knocked off supporting players George Eads and Jorja Fox from the cast of CBS' top-rated "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation."

CBS boss Leslie Moonves said Sunday he pulled the trigger and fired the pair from their $100,000-an-episode gigs when they didn't show up for work Thursday in a bid to renegotiate their contracts."

well, I guess I might not find it funny if i watched that show but personally I'de have done the same thing if I were the guy in charge.
I mean they were already making 100 grand per episode :!: ...sounds to me like those two need to deflate their ego a few hundred psi and get their heads out of their ass's.

It's not an ego thing. The other characters are making $300 & $500K an episode for the same show! They are the #1 show for this network. "Friends" stars were making $1 Million per episode (now that's excessive).

Ya, I agree, it's a lot of money, but not in relation to industry standards. I'm sure your industry has pay standards as well.

my wife mentioned this to me over the weekend... she's kinda happy, because she hates the way Jorja slurs/whines the endings of her words.

and, couldn't they have given here a better last name...
sara sidel/cital/etc. whatever the heck it is... sounds idiotic when they say what her name is (reminds me of suicidal).

it couldn't have been sarah smith, sara wilson, sara rodgers?
