hmm.. That is what I was told at first.. Then I ran into a Verizon rep who got me hooked up. I think when I called they didn't look up my address correctly.

I called again today, same story but I'm supposed to get a call from someone in the next week to verify that I can or can't get it and if not, why not.

Maybe it's just the node I'm on but since the increase to 7mbps on BHN my connection slows to a crawl during the peak usage times and is often slow other times as well.

My fiance can get around on AOL faster on her dial up connection than she can here at those times?!?

I still havent heard from anyone at verizon so I would deffinantly like to get in contact with your rep....now that I see the motorola dvr's have a back door 30 second skip feature I REALLY want to jump ship..lol
