Frozen video during law & order

I am watching Law and order and the sound is fine but the video is completely frozen. At frist it was just a few frames. Then a complete freeze.

yeah I saw it too - wonder what it was?

You know I have only been HD for a few days now, but it seems there are a lot of glitches, is this a common thing or is it just me?
