I live in Westchase and currently use a Terk55 for the HD content. This is in my attic which I will soon move outside.
Looking for the best OTA to pick up all the HD stations. What antenna and configuration should I be looking at?

Any trees or other buildings around?

No trees or building that should be a problem. I am thinking about an attic installation though but will take it outside if I need to.

HD...I too live in Westchase and got tired of messing around with the Omni directional antennas that did not really pick up the stations that well since we are like 25 miles from the ant. locations
So I went the route of an attic installation with two antennas I bought a Channel Master from Lowes, not the largest one they have but the next step down. Actually should look at your attic space as there is not much room in some places. The CM ant points to the Riverview sites and I have, what is called on this site as the Tampa Special Ant (basically just a yagi) pointed to the CBS site then the 2 signals are joined together with a Channel Master Jointenna box (this is important to avoid interference) betwen the 2 antennas.
Hope this helps.

Did you also pick the Tampa special (Yagi) and jointenna at Lowes? How is is working for you? How big is the Channel master antennea? Have you considered putting the antenna's outside?
Thanks for the input.

I bought the CM3016 from Lowes but the other Tampa Special Antenna & Channel Master Join Tenna Ch 24 (very important its for CH 24) I found at some place on West Waters I can not remember the name of the place off the top of my head though.
The Tampa Special is mentioned in the messages in this forum alot of different places but I do not know who actuall all sales it...It is nothing special you could pick up any UHF only antenna to pick up CBS (ch 10)
You can probable go to the Channel Master web site and find resellers in the area
No I did not want the antennas on the outside of the house for look reasons. I get get reception in the attic with no problems plus I could tap into my satelite lines with a Diplexer so there was no need to run any new cables.
Email me if you want any more info or want me to come over and give you some ideas of what you might need to get up and going.

Pick up a UHF ONLY Yagi from Radio Shack for about $20. Aim it towards Pasco County and join it with your ChannelMaster aimed at Riverview using the jointenna. That's what I did and now receive Channel 10 (digital 24) at 100% all the time.
