HBO & SHO HD On Demand, Does anyone know if they are available on any other cable system or Sat system? Are they worink on them?

HBO HD OnDemmand has been talked about a every focus meeting I have attended. I want it because Deadwood in HD.... I am sure others want it for Surpranos in HD... Cant say anything else..
