Problem with Fox 13.... again?

My signal strength is 89% on both of my hd tivos but I am experiencing fall outs every 15 seconds or so not unlike what was happening when we had problems with fox 13 a few months back. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am glad it isn't just me.. I have these dropouts and weak signal in a very open area on the 3rd floor, gps says I am elevated 33 feet and it is well above any tree line right on the hills/pinellas border on Hillsborough Ave (Upper Tampa bay Park) area.
