View Full Version : Anyone have a STB they can bring for a quick test?

Trying to find someone with a STB that I can for an hour or 2 plug into my system for a test. Trying to find out if my dropouts are tuner related or antenna related.

If anyone hears of a used HD STB for sale, let me know. The SAF (spousal acceptance factor) is low for this kind of stuff so cheap is the name of the game for me. I'm just thrilled she let me get the TV.

Well Amazon has the Samsung 151 for 299 - 100 cheaper than Best Buy or CC.

Also - I went a picked up a STB from Best Buy the Samsung box - will try it for a week and see what I get. - will go from there

I like it so far -

Just wierd how each box does non-HD - like a little bigger bars on left and right etc.
