ABC's Dolby Digital 5.1 screwed up

I noticed while watching Alias at this moment on WFTS-DT and noticed that the background audio is on top of the dialogue audio (this is not WFTS's fault b/c I checked WFTS-DT against my local ABC DT station WFTV-DT (also with DD 5.1) and they are the same way. I believe this has happened on ABC during the past. The commercials are just fine it is only during the actual program that this is occuring.

I watch Alias every week in HD and DD5.1, except for last night.
have not noticed that, but don't pay particularly close attention - CSI has been in 2.0 forever, and with other anomalies, just never caught it.

please keep us advised if you find anything else out about this, and i'll try to check it here next week.
