today, i stopped by the Sprint booth at Costco.
they have a PDA phone which would work for my plans.
of course its a CDMA network - I don't know if that matters to me.

more minutes on their plan would be better than what i currently pay at AllTel.

for 2000 minutes, $110/month, I get my 1 additional phone for free to share minutes (that saves $10-$20 right away).
I also get a free Vision pack - which gives me unlimited internet and/or photo stuff. Several variations exist.
Plus no long distance, no roaming, unlimited calls to the linked family members and nighttime starts at 7pm.

ALSO, for $4/month in insurance, they said it will even cover the PDA phones - which is remarkable since people drop those and break the LCD screen. I call ATT and they do not give insurance on their PDA phones.

ALSO, because its from CostCo, it comes with their generous return policy - which is unconditional return of the product if you don't like it.

I might get this to check out the PDA data coverage for 2 weeks - they say its fully refundable for 14 days.

Jaymer....
