As i have mentioned in the past week, there are 4 different BHN offices that service our area.
HILLSBOROUGH
PINELLAS
BRADENTON/SAR
TRI-COUNTIES (polk, pasco, ?)
So, its important that if you are going to post, please modify your profile to indicate your location. You can easily access your profile in the white menu bar at the top of each forum screen.
BHN Engineers (and Pace engineers) are monitoring this site now.
PLEASE make it easy on them to assist you by making it easy to see your location alongside your post...

It doesn't really help anyone for you to post a problem and then for no one to know which office (and this includes technical service people and the actually transmission "head-end" equipment) needs to get alerted to potential problems.
