Has anyone seen this? During me research on Google regarding satellite a number of sites redirected me to this vmcsatellite.com deal. I am currently looking into getting satellite and was wondering what anyone thought of it. Free installation and a free HDTV receiver for a one year contract? Seems good to me.

Well if you don't mind buying the box I would go with DirecTV but if you don't care about the NFL Sunday Ticket I would go with Dish Network for a couple reasons. You can use thier Digital Home Plan thing and rent an HD box, DVR or both without an annual comittment but you will have to call them because for some reason they don't show the HD part on their website. I think I priced it with them that to get everything with 4 rooms (1 HD, 1 DVR and 2 regular boxes) with rental fees it was around 110 bucks per month but you will have to order their HD pak at 10 bucks per month to rent the HD box. That they say is required to keep on renting the HD box but no other requirements are set. Now a bad deal if I say so myself and the HD box can also accept an OTA antenna for your local HD stations.
Just remember and call Dish Network and ask them I would like to rent from you and I want an HD box and they will quote you a price upfront. Just remember you don't own the hardware so if you cancel you have to send it back but they will install it for free but you will have to pay a one time 50 buck fee which will be credited back on your first bill so tis no big deal. A great start for satellite HD because it is all digital and has a good channel selection and is cheap or cheaper than both BHN and DirecTV at least for every channel.

I found this deal on gotapex....seems like a very good deal as I've been looking to get an additional hd set for the bedroom.
