Does Bright House have an iPhone app to schedule/set your dvr? If not, is it being considered?

I don't think BHN has anything like that yet. The only remote DVR stuff that I know of is offered by FiOS, Directv and Tivo. I have FiOS and you can remote program your DVR using a web browser (from a computer or phone). They also have a Droid app and other apps for some of their phones. I don't know if they have one for the iPhone. You can also take selected Vz cell phones and turn them into a remote control for your DVR with an App.
If you get the new Tivo premiere, (with a BHN cable card) you can not only program it over the web, but gives you access to many other features like Netflix, Blockbuster, youtube and much more like the ability to transfer recordings to an iPod, iPhone, computer...etc.

TWC is currently testing Remote DVR Management. That will be offered by BHN in the future (reportedly later this year). See these two posts over at avsforum.com for screen images of the regular and mobile versions:

You can also access your Dish DVRs from your iPhone. I have an app for that and it works pretty well. In fact sometimes in works better than the web browser based on. Of course, it requires that you connect the DVR to the internet in some fashion.
