Hi readers! We understand you would rather read than post and that is fine but go ahead and drop a post in this thread to let us know your out there reading. I will be building an FAQ with the help of others so hopefully we can answer the more common questions and also provide direct links to information on the BHN website. I do not work for Brighthouse but we encourage posts from BHN employees to increase the depth of support.

I do plan to communicate with BH about issues customers are reporting. I still want customers to call the CSR and file a specific complaint so it is noted through normal channels. Some issues are technical in nature and CSR's are not trained to do anything except reboot the box and roll a truck. I plan to help when neither of those solutions are appropriate to get the problem solved.

I posted, and it said it would be displayed after a moderator "approves" my message. I have never seen this before on this site.
