Verizon FiOS: Second phase of new HD rollout to begin on Oct 20th for Florida Gulf Coast?

According to Verizon's website that was changed about 2 hours ago, the second phase for the new channel lineup with the expanded HD channels is now going to be effective on 10/20 for the Florida Gulf Coast. It is believed that we will still have a lineup change on 10/7 since Texas had their realignment today as scheduled. The second phase should give us the full 100+ HD channels we are all looking forward to receiving.

Well doesn't that suck, so what new channels are expected tomorrow? Honestly I don't have any need for all 100 as most of them are premiums I don't subscribe to, but I'd like to at least get SciFi, History, FX, MGM and Fox News.

I am beginning to understand why Bright House and DirecTV (as of lately) don't give any advance notice to channel adds. Had Verizon not said anything and just added the channels when they were ready, they wouldn't have announced TWO changes to their original plan of 10/2. This just makes them look like they are having problems with the roll out. If I was currently subscribing to FIOS (wish I was), I would be mad about this two time bump. Maybe customers are better off not knowing.

As I have things in the DVR to record tomorrow during the day, does anyone know what time they usually change the channel lineup in the market?

I've read between 12am and 5am in some of the other markets.
