Jack says it's looking good for sometime in August (political convention time) for ABC News to join NBC and CNN in HD.

Wow with CBS going HD next week that will make all three networks national news in HD, that really does just leave Fox all SD, all the time.

Our CBS station WTSP was not sending CBS Evening News in HD yesterday (Monday).

Did your source say what date it would start?

It's next week, on the 28th. It was delayed for some reason.

It's about time for ABC - how many months now has the NBC evening news been in HD?

Even worse - while NBC and CBS show evening news highlights of the Democrats Convention in late August, ABC still will be showing their evening news highlights in low res - sheesh!
