Hi All,
I am looking for some recomendations on a Home Theater / Structured wiring person.
I want to clean up the surround cables I put in myself with some teminating plates. Also want to have someone pull CAT6 cables and install a central wiring cabinet so I can put a 24 port 1000base-T switch. Putting 2 drops in each bed room, 6-8 drops in my loft, etc.
Not sure if I want to pay the price of pulling coaxial (is it RG-9?) cable too since all the cable is currenlty BHN style burried from the "gray" box to the outside wall and drilled through. But, I was thinking if they are pulling CAT6 anyway, would it be much more (labor) to add coax to those runs?
Also considering moving to a 720p projector in the "main" TV room.
So, I would prefer the same person that can do both the CAT6 network/phone cables and the a/v system cables and projector install.
Would love to hear some good stories and basic pricing info if anyone would want to share.
