Walmart, Best Buy and Netflix have all announced this week that they will cease selling HD-DVD discs and only sell Blu-Ray discs and players in the high definition format. Looks like the format war is over.

Now when will we see $99 - $129 BD players like you could get with HD-DVD for quite a while now. Is the cheapest BD player still a PS3?
