30 - 40inch with CableCard

Hello all. Can any one recommend a decent 720p/1080i LCD/Plasma panel type TV that has a built in digital tuner that supports cableCard? Do I even need a cableCard with FiOS to get the non-premium channels if I have a digital tuner??

It doesn't have to be extreemly high quality, but not looking for junk either. This is for the master bedroom to replace a 19inch CRT TV.

Are the Vizo walmart TV's any good?

I have a 42 inch Vizio plasma. I didn't get it from Walmart, but I've had it for over two years and am very happy with it. And they have been getting very good reviews lately, especially for value.

The Pioneer Plasmas have CableCARDs, but they are closer to top of the line, so I'm not sure they fit your budget.

I can tell you taht most TVs don't include CableCARD slots. I'm hoping that the next crop of TVs will have CableCARD slots as well as support OCAP.
