FiOS: Discovery Channel HD added to lineup

This morning FiOS added the Discovery Channel HD (Channel 846) to their lineup. This is not to be mistaken for channel 836 which the Discovery HD Theather.

Actually they changed the name to just "HD Theater" or HDT some time ago.

I was able to access this channel only by pressing the three digit channel #. It's not available on the guide and I was unable to make it as a favorite. I also needed to unlock the channel as well.....also the info guide has no information available.

How do you unlock a channel? Or is this obvious to someone who already has Fios?

You have to set up a PIN first.. Go to the main menu and then select parental control.
