Appreciate that this is a little off topic (to say the least!), I apologise but I am wondering if anyone here can help me. If you're talking about Palm Jumeirah, here's a story about a guy that bought in early and says his property has doubled allready. I don't have a half million to invest, but I wouldn't go that way if I did. Too hot for me, both politically and temperature wise. That island looks beautiful, but do they have hurricanes there? Amazing what a load of free(oil) money can do. That hotel with the golf course/helipad on top is awesome and futuristic.
