Channel 899?

Just curious; when does the 8300HD DVR play back on channel 899? Seems that on mine, sometimes it does, sometimes it stays on whatever channel the box was tuned to.

The reason I believe this occurs...

When you watch a program that is still playing on that channel it will play on the channel it is being broadcast from. If the program is already recorded and in the "list" then it should play on 899 "Test" channel.

Well that makes sense, but doesn't seem to be the way it's working. I'm watching a movie that I recorded a couple of weeks ago, and the box is NOT indicating ch 899. Hm, there's gotta be some logic to it...
