BHN: 44.95/mo includes all for satellite owners.

Yikes my home live is suddenly spiced up as spouse gets an offer from BHN for "satellite owners" 44.95/month for everything's included package, offer good for one year. STB, 7.95/month. Is this a legitimate good deal? Do all the channels below 100 still look lousy? I switched to satellite on the advice the cable guy, and he was correct that the picture got MUCH better. What is your advice ??? John.

thats the deal I took about a year ago...the price goes back to normal after 1 year on most of those deals which brings it back to about what you'd pay with directv for the same programming...and the picture is deffinantly not as good on some channels...channel 7 and 16 on cable for some reason looks horrible at my house but all the analog channels are rough looking on BHN, the digital ones are better but still not as good as they were on direc tv when I had it.

Right now the free BHN DVR is whats keeping me with BHN for the time being, especially since my "special deal" ran out a few months ago 8O
