HD8300 External Drive

My "sources" tell me that the SATA port on the rear of the HD8300 box is enabled for an external drive for additional storage. Anyone know what formatting the box requires for the drive (NTFS, Linux, etc.)?

Anyone know what formatting the box requires for the drive (NTFS, Linux, etc.)As I recall it is ext2/3 but it doesn't really matter since the STB software will format it automatically when you plug it in. Note that the interface is eSATA, not SATA.
