I know this site centers primarily on the HDTV viewing experience in the Tampa Bay area, but since others have issues with BHN, my eight year old problem with them regards BHN in Central Florida (NOT Tampa Bay) refusing to carry GSN, aka Game Show Network. I have BEGGED the director of programming, Sue Ruwe, to carry that channel since 1999. It doesn't seem like I'm asking for much, but BHN (or Time Warner) likes to call the shots regardless of what their customers want or whether it's a channel like GSN, or an HD one like ESPN2HD.
