Let's see....10pm in Riverview on Wednesday night...
No Fox on 613
No ABC on 628
Discovery and HBO are perfect...PBS looks fine but may not really in HD anyway...
Is this a BHN problem? Is this my problem?

I haven't had any problem...are they still not coming in?
try unplugging it for minute and let it reboot.
I had the same problem here in Plant City the same day that the box was installed. The picture eventually does come in after about 90sec or so

tom, no problem on bhn channels via the pace box.
you know, i remember back to the days BEFORE HD, that the SA boxes are not designed to be on 24hrs... they are supposed to be turned off each night to potentially upgrade/etc.
if you are like me, i rarely turn my components off - so, have you been powering off the HD box when not in use? Maybe its overheating? Must be something wrong with your box if this keeps happening.

Cable box on 24/7 usually....
I'll have to keep an eye on the correlation between power on/off and FOX/ABC problems. What I don't understand is losing 2 out of 5 or 6 HD channels instead of all of them.

I find that odd also. But then again...there are some things that BHN does that is hard to explain,

To Reboot your Pace Box without unplugging.
Hold the pause button on your remote for 20 seconds till a small symbol shows up about the clock.
Press page down
press stop 3 times
wait for the clock to come back on again.

Any similar tricks for the SA3100HD box? I hate having to reach into the entertainment center to pull the plug.

Try it and report back, it is probably the same for both.

Which key are you calling "Page Down"? The Prev (-) key below the Menu key?

You can also go into the guide, and test it, the pages should go down one page at a time.
