Will they be adding NFL Network on Nov 4th?

Well it looks like BHN will not carry the NFL Network http://www.nfl.com/nflnetwork/home(from there website). If you follow the popup from the NFL Network website it will let you know that BHN is not going to carry the channel. It also provides a letter to be sent th BHN on your behalf to complain.
