I'm not sure if this is the right section for this post but I just had Brighthouse install thier digital phone service and it seems to work great except at the beginning of almost every call I receive I get about .5 - 1 sec of complete static then it goes away. I have reset the modem but the problem still persists. Is this normal or should I have a tech come out and take a look at it?
