Audio problem with CBS/10-1 during "The Unit"

I've noticed that lately 10-1 doesn't have the CC enabled, and then tonight the regular audio disappeared from the last quarter of "the unit". Anyone else have this problem OTA?

I recorded it on the FiOS DVR box, of course its not OTA, but when I watch it and the audio disappears I'll know it wasn't FiOS. I'll let you know.

Had it on BHN also, that covers all the bases. Musta been the local or national broadcaster.
