Additional STB question

If I go through with my install next Monday I'll have 1 HD-DVR box, 1 HD box, 1 standard box. Unfortunately that leaves one of my ReplayTV's without a box (not that I really want it to have it's own box) and only the 15 or so channels that are available with out a STB.

Should I decide after the install to get another box, can you go pick one up someplace? If not, are they going to charge me to come and drop it off?

No, you can't pick one up. You have to call and make an appointment for them to drop one off.

I can't answer your second one as I don't know at this time. I have been told yes they will charge and I have been told they wont too.
