Hi ALL,

Has anyone noticed an audio drop out on NBC-HD. I'm connected from the DVR via HDMI to my Sony SXRD HDTV and its correctly playing 2 channel audio. About 2 or 3 times in an hour show the audio drops out for about a second. The video is not affected, and the audio come right back with no transition noise. Its almost like a switch was thrown for a second or so.

I'm 99% sure its NOT the DVR as no other channel has this and it does not happen all of the time. It may even be a local station problem.

Anyone?

Thanks,
Gerry

I'm getting the same problem on NBC. Hopefully Verizon can straighten this out.

I get it also but I am trying to determine if it is FiOS or WFLA. Much like it was in July/August when it was WFLA.

Hi ALL,

Anything more on this problem? I was watching something on NBC-HD yesterday and it did it about 3 or 4 times in an hour. Does anyone have an e-mail address to send complaints to? Do we think this is a local problem or national?

Thanks,
Gerry

I recorded several shows on the FiOS DVR and OTA on my computer using the MyHD card. Everytime the audio would drop out on FiOS, I checked OTA and there was no drop out at all. IMO, this is a FiOS issue. I think we need to open yet another trouble ticket.

I just called tech support to log this problem and the ticket number is FLCP984191. If anyone else is still having this problem and call it in they should mention this number.
