WTF is with NBC - blurry cruddy picture

Anyone notice the blurry issues with NBC? Watching miami pitt game and see the same thing I've seen for weeks. Camera angle changes, pic is clear, goes blurry, then slowly clears.

I can't be the only one who notices this crap. NBC should be embarassed - they have far and away the worst HD around.
