DISH Locals on HD

Does anyone know when will Dish network have Tampa Bay's local channels on HD. Football season is starting and I got suckered by their sales department into getting Dish they practically promised to have locals by September in this area but I dont see any updates on this.

I heard not this year. But that was quite some time ago perhaps things have changed.

No word as of yet. For the mean time put up an antenna, CBS is towards Tarpon, most everything else towards Riverview.

The problem with OTA and dish is the HD DVR only allows you to record one OTA HD channel at a time (as apposed to two vai Sat) and unfortunately most of the time when you have a conflict it's during primetime on a broadcast network.
