i called them up they said its a software problem. its going out every 20 minutes for about a minute

Good to hear that you called and they are aware of the problem, 613 is freezing so much I had to switch over to SD analog 14.

i think they are setting it somehow to only freeze during commercials

Well, it's a good thing I checked here to see if others are having the same problems. It seems only the commercials have the glitches but I'm seeing it on occasion during the game.
