New firmware update for SA8300HD

Last night about 1:00 am (7/28/2005) Both my SA8300HD's received a new firmware download. This was interesting because I had just put in another complant about not being able to set records and was getting tired of having to Cold Boot the STB's. Does anyone know what problems or features the update addressed. I will say that the FastForword issue (Video hangs if you FF or FR) seems to be resolved.

Where do you check to see the firmware version?

The only change I noticed (if I even got the f/w upgrade) is the program being currently recorded shows up in red on the list.
Big deal.
I still don't understand why they haven't figured out how to bookmark a recorded show.
