Shame on ESPN & NBC

Can not believe ESPN & NBC is not showing what is considered the 5th Golfing major The Players Championship in HD.

On another note CBS has done what I think is a fairly good job showing a fair number of the NCAA tourney in HD.

I couldn't agree with you more.

As a matter of fact, other than The Masters, I haven't been able to see where they plan on televising any additional golf tournaments in HDTV.

Maybe it's an issue from last year, where they had, I can't remember how many tournaments advertised that they were going to telecast in HDTV, just to tune in and find out that they had technical difficulties in that area of the country, so the tournament wasn't broadcast in HDTV.

That's one of the main reasons I purchased my Hitachi, Golf and Football.
